Today, Apple publicly announced the integration of industry-leading Cisco IPsec VPN client technology into the iPhone as a key part of their Enterprise solution. Key themes to share with your customers are:
· The connected world is becoming more mobile and collaborative where employees need secure access to private business information no matter where they are.
· Cisco has the most widely-deployed virtual private network gateways in the world, delivering secure connectivity to enterprises everywhere.
· This collaboration between Cisco and Apple provides the technology for secure access to mission critical business applications and data for iPhone users.
· This software will be integrated into an upcoming iPhone software release (version 2.0), and will not be available as a separate download from Cisco.
