Ne vem kako a "kupil" sem mobile me za 80€ tudi sanja se mi ne kdaj, ali mi lahko prosim kdo razloži čemu služi in seveda če sploh lahko kako storniram nakup.

Verjetno si probal trial ... in takrat je pisalo, ce ne prekines prej, bodo ob koncu trial obdobja iz kartice, ki si jo vpisal, odtegnili denar...

Med plačanimi programi sploh nimam Mobile me da bi prijavil problem.

Lahko bi rekli da si bil povrsen pri branju navodil ko si dal svojo bancno kartico zdaj pa imas

MobileMe ne kupis preko iTunes-a... ampak preko strani, do katere sem prej dal link ... Imas pa racun na mailu, s katerim si se prijavil ...
Tudi pred zacetkom zaracunvanja, si na mail, ki si ga navedel ob prijavi (in tudi na tvoj MobileMe naslov) , dobil sporocilo, da se bo zacelo placljivo obdobje:

Pošlji jim mail, lahko pa da ti vrnejo. Jaz sem ponesreči kupil aplikacijo za iPad, ki ga nimam, sem jim poslal mail in povedal da sem napačno kupil, in da iPada nimam, pa so mi denar v treh dneh vrnili.
Kontaktiraj jih, pa boš takoj videl, če je kakšna opcija da dobiš denar nazaj.

Vesela novica, dobil nazaj denar na Eurocard, preko Apple suporta sem reklamiral zadevo in z malček truda po treh pogajanjih z "operaterjem" dobil znesek nazaj.
Tako, če se je še komu podobno zgodilo ni še nič izgubljenega, vsekakor pa pohvale vredno poslovanje Appla, bi si marsikatera firma v slo lahko to vzela za zgled.

Jaz se nisem nič pogajal, enostavno sem MobileMe pred kakim letom skenslal direktno v samem interface-u in ti nazaj denar povrnejo bp...
