If you have firmware 3.0 or 3.0.1 use the following patch:

APPSYNC 3.0
- Go in Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit
- Add > sinfuliphonerepo.com
- Go to Search and type appsync for os 3.0
- Install it, device reboots after install
- If device doesnt reboot or freezes up Reboot iPhone/iPod by pressing at the same time Home and Screen Lock buttons until the Apple logo or custom logo appears (then realease the buttons)

If you have firmware 3.1 use the following patch:

APPSYNC 3.1
- Go in Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit

- Go to Search and type appsync for os 3.1
